Ingredients:
2 cup(s) dirty rice to taste
1 1/2 cup(s) uncooked fajita chicken shredded
1 onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
3/4 cup(s) cream of chicken to taste
3/4 cup(s) cream of mushroom to taste
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil to taste
1 tablespoon(s) seasoned salt to taste
2 clove(s) garlic cloves diced
1/2 cup(s) light sour cream to taste
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded
2 mushrooms diced
1 teaspoon(s) basil to taste
2 tablespoon(s) cilantro shredded
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper to taste
1/2 cup(s) tomatoes diced or shredded
1 teaspoon(s) oregano to taste
1 tablespoon(s) paprika to taste
1 cup(s) chicken broth to taste (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix diced onions; bell peppers; cream of chicken and mushrooms; olive oil; seasoned salt; diced garlic; sour cream; mushrooms; basil; cilantro; diced tomato; oregano; cayenne pepper; chicken broth; and paprika in large bowl. Once your mixture is done put in your dish and then mix in dirty rice and chicken; either get chicken cooked before or get already cooked chicken. Once all is in dish cook mixture at 375 and at about 45 mins-hour
