Ingredients:
4 medium brinjals (thinly sliced)
2 cups frying oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
1. heat oil in a deep frying pan.
2. fry brinjal slices till they turn light brown.
3. remove extra oil with paper towel.
4. sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
