Brined and Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
1 gallon cold water
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup sugar
12 ears corn, shucked
12 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Combine first three ingredients in large container, stirring until salt and sugar are dissolved.
2. Add corn and soak for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
3. Remove corn from brine and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning every two minutes.
4. Serve with butter.
