Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt in large bowl until blended.
  3. Add eggs; beat well.
  4. Stir together flour, baking soda and cream of tartar; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended.
  5. Stir in brickle.
  6. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly.
  8. About 6 dozen cookies ( I made them huge and got about 3 1/2 dozen)
