Ingredients:
1 lb sausage
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies
12 eggs, beaten
1 bunch green onion, chopped
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
10 flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain.
2. Beat eggs with chilies and pour over sausage.
3. Sprinkle green onions over mixture and mix together.
4. Cook over medium heat until eggs are scrambled.
5. Sprinkle cheese over mixture.
6. Put mixture in tortillas and wrap.
