Great for kids or for your inner child .
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese (or non-fat yogurt)
fresh blueberries or raspberries or sliced strawberry
1/4 cup granola cereal (without coconut)
Directions:
1. Peel banana and slice in galf lengthwise. Place in a serving dish.
2. Mound cottage cheese in center and sprinkle with berries and granola.
