Breakfast Spiced Quinoa with Protein!

Ingredients:
2 3/10 c. quinoa
3 1/2 tbsp. honey
5 c. water
1 1/5 oz. soy protein powder
1 tbsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in dry deep frying pan ; toast on high heat for 5 minutes or so.
2. Add water, honey and vanilla and cook for 35 minutes or so, adding water as necessary.
3. Cool for 10-5 minutes and serve with additional toppings as desired.
