This is my favorite Mexican breakfast. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups corn tortilla flour or masa harina
11/4 cups water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup refried beans
4 eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup queso fresco, grated
lettuce
chopped onion
sour cream
salsa
1 medium sized avocado
