A rich and refreshing orange and cherry combo!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup soymilk
3/4 cup orange juice, chilled
3/4 cup unsweetened pitted frozen dark sweet cherries, whole
1 medium carrot, cut up and chilled
1/4 cup soft tofu
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Directions:
1. In blender container, combine soy milk, orange juice, frozen cherries, carrot, tofu, and if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
