Just what I threw together for breakfast one morning.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen blackberrie
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons oat bran
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
