Breakfast Scrambled eggs with veggies
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 small zucchini, chopped
1/4 small onion, chopped
1 medium egg
2 egg whites
4 cherry tomatoes, diced
Directions:
1. chop zucchini and cook in olive oil
2. chop onion and add to aucchini
3. mix together 1 egg and 2 egg whites and add to pan
4. when halfway cooked, add cherry tomatoes
5. add salt and pepper to taste
