Another of my G-ma's recipes she brought with her from Missouri. You press this into a pan to bake. It is a little sweeter, due to the apples added in it.
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork sausage
1 1/2 cups crackers
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup onion
1 cup apple
fried bacon, crumbled
Directions:
1. I would grate the apple and onion to get very fine.
2. Mix all ingredients together and press into a ring mold.
3. Cook at 350 for 1 hour.
4. Drain off excess fat and unmold while still hot.
