Easy Quiche
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz phyllo dough
16 oz egg beaters
3 large egg whites
3/4 serving canadian bacon
1 large tomato
2 oz fat free feta
1 oz mushrooms
2 cups spinach
Directions:
1. spray pie pan with non stick pam
2. lay 3 sheets of phillo dough on bottom
3. steam spinach put down first so it doesn't float on top
4. add mushrooms, feta, canadian bacon and sliced tomato
5. mix egg beaters and egg whites with a splash of water
6. pour into pie pan make sure to cover everything
7. bake 350 for 40 min or until egg is firm
8. serves 8
