An easy mix and match breakfast idea for the week.
Ingredients:
1 cup millet or 1 cup brown rice, cooked
1/2 cup fruit, pureed (berries, apricots, apples, bananas, etc)
2 tablespoons juice (orange or apple)
1/4 cup nuts, coursely chopped (nuts, almonds, brazil nuts, etc)
Directions:
1. place the cooked starch in a cereal bowl.
2. pour in fruit & juice.
3. top with nuts.
4. heat if desired.
