easy breakfast pizza
Ingredients:
1 pizza shell
1 c salsa
1 c softened cream cheese
1 c shreeded cheese
1/2 c mushrooms- sliced
1/4 c milk
2 tbsp butter
3 green onions-sliced
Directions:
1. pre-bake pizza shell if making your own for appx. 10 mins i like to do this the night before
2. in the am spread cream cheese over the crust top w/ the salsa then mushrooms
3. scramble up eggs w/ a little bit of milk stop just before the eggs are fully cooked. top the pizza shell w/ the egg mixture. top everything w/ shredded cheese. if desired put green onions on top
4. place in oven for about 10 mins at 375
