This is a wonderful breakfast pizza - use whatever toppings your creative mind can come up with.
Ingredients:
2 boxes jiffy pizza crust mix
1 dozen eggs
toppings of your choice
bacon, ham, onions, peppers, sausage, whatever you want
4 cups mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Make dough according to directions on box; spread dough into pan or baking stone.
3. Layer the pizza crust with 2 Cups of the mozzarella.
4. Scramble the eggs with any of the other toppings you desire; when done, top pizza with egg mixture.
5. Place the remaining cheese on top of the eggs.
6. Bake pizza in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden-brown.
