Really more like a quiche, than a pizza. My family likes it.
Ingredients:
1 lb regular bulk sausage or 1 lb spicy bulk sausage
1 1/4 cups frozen shredded hash browns, potatoes thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In a skillet, brown sausage; drain.
2. Spoon into an ungreased 10 inch pie pan.
3. Top with potatoes and cheddar cheese.
4. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over cheese.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
