High protein, low carb, quick-to-fix breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
2 cups greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon stevia, powdered concentrate
2 cups fresh fruit
4 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 teaspoon stevia, powdered concentrate
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine Greek yogurt and 1/2 tsp powdered stevia. Mix until well combined and creamy.
2. In separate bowl, mix ground flax seed, 1 tsp stevia and cinnamon until well combined.
3. In serving bowl, add yogurt mixture, top with fresh fruit of your choice. Sprinkle with ground flax seed mixture.
4. You may also serve this in separate bowls or as a dessert in wine glasses.
5. Serve chilled.
