Yummy way to get your oatmeal! I top with fresh fruit and slivered almonds for a complete breakfast.
Ingredients:
2 cups nonfat yogurt, any variety
1 cup oats
6 oz. pineapple in juice
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, oats and pineapple with juice in glass or plastic bowl. Mix well and leave overnight. Spoon servings into bowls or stemmed glasses. Top or layer with fruit.
