Great for breakfast on the run.
Ingredients:
1 (12inch) hoagie roll
garlic butter
2 slices yellow american cheese
4 slices deli ham
4 slices sweet roasted peppers
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Cut roll open.
2. Spread butter on outside of roll.
3. Cut cheese in half, add the 4 halves to the bread.
4. Add the deli ham and sweet roasted peppers.
5. Fry the eggs, hard and add to roll.
6. Cut roll in half.
7. Grill in your panini press. Enjoy.
