Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup craisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray and 8-inch square pan with coking spray.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  4. In a different bowl mix all remaining ingredients, and then combine with dry ingredients.
  5. Bake 55-60 minutes or until center is firm to the touch.
