Ingredients:
1 cup lightly salted baked corn tortilla chips
2 tablespoons salsa verde
1 tablespoon red taco sauce
1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
oilve cooking spray
4 egg whites
salt and pepper
coarsley chopped tomato
Directions:
1. scramble eggs, mix cheese and sauces.
2. bake for five minutes top with tomatoes.
