Great drink for breakfast or brunch. Great with aebleskiver.
Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
2 -3 teaspoons instant coffee powder
2 1/2 cups boiling water
vanilla ice cream
Directions:
1. Mix the first 4 ingredients; gradually stir in water.
2. Heat through.
3. Float small scoopful of ice cream on top.
4. Serves 4.
