Ingredients:
2 lbs hash browns
14 ounces lightlife gimme lean ground sausage (or regular, if you like)
1 cup cooked spinach
4 eggs
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. brown hash browns in a large skillet (about 7 min, then flip for 7 more).
2. cook sausage in separate skillet until thoroughly heated.
3. add spinach and sausage to hash browns and mix.
4. add salt and pepper.
5. last, scrambe eggs in with the mess .
