Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder
1/3 cup dry oatmeal
2/3 cup water or 2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon natural almond butter or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1/2 cup ice cube
