Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) bag simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
2 cups shredded cheese
3 eggs
1 cup milk
4 slices bacon, chopped
Directions:
1. Wisk together eggs and milk add cheese, uncooked hashbrowns, and bacon pieces. Put in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 375, or untill hashbrowns are golden brown.
