Great tasty savory breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 small onion
1 yellow pepper
100 g kale
4 small tomatoes
2 tsp tomato puree
4 egg whites
40 g light cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Fry onion and pepper (diced) in light spray
2. add tomato until cooked through
3. add kale after washing
4. once all wilted add tomato puree, season and mix
5. add egg until cooked
6. add cheese until melted
