This is easy, fast, and a nice change of pace from oatmeal.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup couscous
1 tablespoon raisins
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 orange, peeled, sectioned, and chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
