Breakfast Cornflake Fried Grits

A crunchy,sweet alternative breakfast.
Ingredients:
3 cups water
3/4 cups of grits
salt to taste
corn flake crumbs
1 egg
dash of milk
oil
Directions:
1. Boil water with salt
2. add grits and cook til thick.
3. Pour into a buttered or non stick bread loaf pan and refrigerate.Best to do this night before.
4. After the mixture has cooled and is solid, cut into strips and roll into
5. beaten egg and milk mixture and roll into some cornflake crumbs.
6. Set into a fry pan with oil and brown on all sides.
7. Serve with maple syrup.
