Breakfast Cookies Vegetarian Style

I made this up last night after reading a non-vegetarian version here and I added green chilis just because my husband will try anything with green chilis added...lol
Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick
4 soy breakfast sausage patties,crumbled
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese,grated
2/3 cup of milk
1 small can diced green chilis
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray,lightly.
3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Use a small scoop to measure dough.
5. Place on baking sheet 1/4 inch apart.
6. Bake until golden brown.
7. Serve with jelly,gravy,mustard or plain.
