A friend gave this to me. They are great for kids (no sugar) and you can substitute the wheat germ with more oats, and modify the spices to your liking.
Ingredients:
3 bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup applesauce
2 cups oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon clove
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients well.
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased (or silpat lined) baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
