Breakfast Casserole With Sausage

Perhaps the first breakfast casserole we ever had due to Ed's penchant for all thing sausage. Easy and very tasty.
Ingredients:
8 large eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3 cups bread cubes
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 pounds sausage meat
1 pound sharp cheddar, grated
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Brown sausage in skillet either breaking up as you go OR sliced into disks.
3. Drain.
4. Set aside.
5. Beat eggs in a bowl.
6. Add milk, mustard and bread cubes.
7. Gently press bread cubes into milk.
8. Allow to sit for 10 minutes for milk to be absorbed.
9. Stir meat and cheese into egg mixture.
10. Pour into a 13x9x2 pan,coated with cooking spray.
11. Bake for 45 minutes.
12. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
