I love this recipe!!! It's so easy to make!!! I usually don't like my food mixed together but this is awesome.
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 lb bacon or 1 lb ham, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Squeeze excess moisture from potatoes.
2. Mix potatoes and melted butter.
3. Press into 13X9 baking pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes.
4. Remove from oven.
5. Sprinkle bacon or ham and cheese over potatoes.
6. Beat together eggs & milk.
7. Pour egg mixture over meat & cheese.
8. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until set.
