Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 cup grated cheese ( cheese & colby jack are personal faves)
  • optional: mushrooms , peppers , onions

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage, then drain.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard together.
  3. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese in 9 x 13 pan. (if desired, add vegetables)
  4. Pour egg mixture over top.
  5. Cover w/aluminum foil.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, uncovered.
