can be made ahead or frozen. thaw before baking at 375 until set.
Ingredients:
3 slices light wheat bread
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese, grated
4 ounces cooked ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup onion, diced
3/4 cup egg beaters
1 1/2 cup fat free milk
Directions:
1. mix bread, onions, pepper, cheese, and turkey sausage. mix egg and milk and pour over top. season as desired. can substitute ham or bacon for turkey sausage.
