From the kitchen of Wanda Cupp Thornburg, Moberly MO Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage, bulk |
6 slices bread, cubed |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
6 eggs |
2 cups milk, plus 1 t |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon salt |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain well. 2. Put bread cubes in 9x13 greased baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread. 3. Beat eggs; add salt, milk and cheese. Pour egg mixture over sausage. 4. Refrigerate overnight. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. 6. Add mushrooms to egg mixture if you like. |
