Ingredients:
8 slices bread (no crust)
1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
1 cup fat-free half-and-half
10 ounces low-fat creamed spinach
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 pieces healthy choice breakfast sausage
1/2 cup 2% cheddar cheese
Directions:

Crumble bread and mix other ingredients and pour over bread and stir. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until set in the middle.
