Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla
2 eggs, scrambled
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese or 1/4 cup swiss cheese or 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese
Directions:
1. Warm tortilla in skillet.
2. Top with scrambled eggs and sprinkle cheese on top.
3. Fold and serve.
