Ingredients:
10 whole wheat tortillas
2 cups egg beaters egg substitute
4 vegetarian sausage patties
2 cups monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup chopped green chili
1 (16 ounce) can vegetarian refried beans
Directions:
1. heat the tortillas in the oven to soften.
2. scramble the egg beaters.
3. assemble ingredients and roll into individual tortillas.
4. freeze and enjoy.
