Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground sausage
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
flour tortilla
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown sausage well.
2. Beat eggs with fork and mix with milk.
3. Pour egg mixture into pan with sausage and cook over medium high heat, stirring with spatula until eggs are cooked through.
4. Serve on flour tortillas topped with cheddar cheese.
