Simple and quick to make for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 c chopped ham
4 large eggs
4 (10 ) flour tortillas
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c salsa (optional)
Directions:
1. Cook ham in non stick skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray over medium heat 2-3 mins or until thoroughly heated.
2. Add eggs, cook and stir 3 mins or until eggs are set.
3. Divide egg mixture evenly, placing in center of each tortillas, top with cheese and salsa.
4. Fold ends of tortilla over filling, roll up.
5. Microwave each burrito on high 15 seconds, if desired.
