Breakfast Beastie
Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon oil
1/2 onion
2 slices bread
butter
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons chili sauce
2 slices bacon
2 tablespoons beans
30 g cheese
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a small pan and fry the onion for 1-2 minutes until soft. Drain the onion and set aside.
2. Brush the sandwich toaster with a little sunflower oil, wiping off the excess with kitchen paper. Preheat the sandwich toaster to its highest setting.
3. Butter one side of both slices of bread with the peanut butter and sprinkle over the sweet chilli sauce. On one slice now place the bacon, beans, and cheese. Cover carefully with the second slice of bread (buttered side down) and carefully place in the sandwich toaster. Slowly close the lid and cook for 4 minutes until crisp and brown.
