Ingredients:
2 eggs
28 g whey protein (1 scoop)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 c spaghetti squash, cooked
1 c frozen blueberries, divided
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Directions:
1. Blend eggs, whey, cinnamon, squash, and 2 packets sweetener of choice. Put half of berries in 9 pie pan, pour batter over, sprinkle flaxseed on top. Bake at 350 20-30 min. Puree remaining berries and use as topping.
