This recipe is from the Kraft Food & Family Magazine, Holiday 2008/Winter 2009 edition. NOTE: By using the healthier listed ingredients you will trim 80 calories and 8 grams of fat per serving!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
1 (8 ounce) package smoked ham, chopped, oscar mayer brand recommended
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk, cold or 1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded or 1 cup shredded kraft 2% cheddar cheese
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded or 1 cup shredded kraft 2% mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll dough in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; press to cover bottom of dish, firmly pressing holes and seams together to seal.
2. Sprinkle ham over crust. Beat eggs, milk and pepper with whisk until blended; pour over ham. Top with cheeses.
3. Bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
