Ham + egg + bagel = delicious with a diffrent twist on the spread
Ingredients:
spread
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dill
1 tsp mustard
4 eggs
salt
ground black pepper
1 teaspoon butter
8 slices deli-sliced ham (2 slices per sandwich)
4 plain bagels
4 cheese slices
Directions:
1. Combine the mayonnaise with the dill & mustard in a small bowl.
2. Set this aside until you are ready to use it.
3. Cut bagels in half.
4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl with a whisk until it is smooth, but not foamy.
5. Add salt and pepper to the egg.
6. Heat a skillet over low heat.
7. Add butter to the pan.
8. When the butter has melted add the eggs to the pan.
9. Cook eggs until no longer runny.for
10. 6-7 minutes, stirring continuously.
11. While eggs are cooking toast bagels.
12. Place spread on inside side of bagel.
13. Place egg on top of sauce.
14. Heat up the ham in a covered dish in the microwave for 1 minute.
15. Place 2 slices per bagel.
16. Top with cheese slice and bagel top
17. Makes 4 servings.
