Delicious healthy FILLING breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp brown sugar
2 apples
2 1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Cook wheat bran in water.
2. Add oats when most of water has been absorbed.
3. Add apples, chopped.
4. Add cinnamon.
5. Stir in brown sugar.
6. Enjoy
