1 lb 1/16 cup dried cranberries
1 lb 1/2 granny smith apple, unpeeled, grated (or apple of choice)
1 lb 1 tablespoon lemon juice
slivered almonds
dried cranberries
dried tart cherry
green pumpkin seeds
cracked flax seed (pulsed in blender)
