Breadfruit Chips

Another recipe from Guam. Forget potato chips, try these instead!
Ingredients:
2 medium breadfruit
2 pints coconut oil
Directions:
1. Wash and peel the breadfruit.
2. Slice as thinly as possible.
3. Heat the oil in a deep, heavy pan.
4. Add the breadfuit slices, a few at a time, and cook until golden.
5. Remove from oil, and drain excess oil on paper towels.
6. Sprinkle lightly with salt, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
