Ingredients:

  • 1 1/10 lbs tilapia
  • 1/8 cup. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup. flour
  • 1/4 cup. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 cup. milk

Directions:

  1. Combine milk and egg
  2. Dredge tilapia in flour, dip in milk/egg mixture, dredge in bread crumbs
  3. fry in olive oil until brown
