Breaded Pork Chops

Very tender and juicy chops. We love these with mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
4 3/4 inches thick pork chops
1/2 cup flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons water
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. Dip chops in flour, then egg mixed with water, then crumbs.
2. Heat oil to med hot.
3. Add chops and cook and turn for 6-7 minutes, until all sides are browned.
4. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes, or until meat is very tender.
